I’m Matt, a designer and builder from the USA with 30 years of experience. After moving here, meeting Gus was a turning point. We connected over our shared passion for helping people overcome the unique challenges of living and building in Cotacachi. When Gus decided to form Ecuador Property Search, he invited me to join him in this new venture as an evolution of Serviteam Corp, combining our expertise to better serve expats and homeowners in Cotacachi.
